La Tarte au riz de la Vérvî-riz

1 litre of milk; 135 grams of rice; 185 grams of sugar; cinnamon or vanilla.

Bring to a boil. Place the rice in the boiling milk and stir frequently, for one hour. Add the sugar to it, cook for a further 30 minutes. Pour onto a plate. On the following day, add 1 egg, stir and then pour into a dish - cook in a hot over for 25 minutes.
