Quality pork meat (PQA); quality pork cheeks; pork liver.

The ingredients for the mixture are as follows: roasted and deglazed livers fl ambéed in cognac and shallots fried until they are transparent. This will all be spiced with salt, pepper, nutmeg, dextrose and ginger. Leave to marinate in a good quality pinot blanc from Alsace! This pâté, a delicacy of Verviers, is to be eaten at a temperature of around 10°.
