Jean-Philippe Darcis, the ambassador of Belgian chocolate and pioneer of the macaroon in Belgium opens the doors of his chocolate factory in Verviers. Despite his many medals for pastry and chocolate making, he is constantly seeking innovations. He has been rewarded by a sting of titles and, since 2001, after winning the Belgian Chocolate International Prize, has been named as a life-long "Ambassador for Belgian Chocolate".
