Exhibition : Sortons du bois - Les Alyscamps

The art gallery Les Alyscamps, on the first floor of the La Traversée - Jeunesse bookshop, will be hosting works by Jérôme Eeckhout for over a month. He loves ancient landscapes, picturesque myths, strange characters, metamorphoses... reality and the marvellous. He is exhibiting illustrations from his two novels: "Je suis un ours" and "Par-delà les sentiers", both published by Alice Éditions.

The vernissage takes place on Thursday 24 August from 5pm to 8pm. It will be accompanied by a friendly drink. You will be able to meet the artist and, if you wish, he will sign his two books for you.

The exhibition will run until 30 September, during the bookshop's opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm.
