Summer cycling ride

For the 16th year running, the City of Verviers is offering ten free bike rides between 14 June and 13 September, taking place on Sundays along family-friendly routes. These outings are group events led by guides.

The distances range from 15 to 24 km, with generally gentle terrain. Water and a light snack are provided halfway through the ride. Children aged 8 and over may take part, under their parents’ supervision and provided they are capable of cycling approximately 20 km.

Participants must bring their own bike. Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Technical support is available throughout the route.

Registration is compulsory. The first 100 people to register for each ride will receive a free breakfast. There is also a competition to win a €250 voucher for cycling equipment, by taking part in at least one ride.
