Pralines, spreads, seasonal items, chocolate sticks from Pralines Mireille… everything is prepared without artificial colours or preservatives, without stockpiling and without freezing. Here, the only things that matter are creative ideas, authenticity and high-quality, fresh products. The goal is simple: to offer the true taste of chocolate sweets from yesteryear. Nicolas Carpentier continues the family tradition. Like his grandmother 50 years ago, he still makes buttercream. Among the must-try items is the Prestige: a delicious hazelnut praline combined with vanilla cream and roasted hazelnuts.
At the Pays de Vesdre Tourist Office, you will find a selection of specialities from Pralines Mireille (Simplement Bon à Goé bakery):
- Chocolate sticks (75 g), available in several flavours: orange cream, dark praline, white praline, milk praline, marzipan, coffee, gianduja (hazelnut), vanilla cream, raspberry cream or coffee parfait. Ask in store to find out which flavours are currently available.
- Hazelnut spread, delicious and creamy.
