Les Carnets du Passé No. 38 – June 2025 Edition
A biannual publication by the Limbourg History Circle “Les Visiteurs du Passé,” Les Carnets du Passé No. 38, released in June 2025, is the latest installment in this well-known heritage collection.

In this 38th edition, you’ll find articles written by Camille Meessen, Arlette Bebronne, Xavier Ronsse, Francis Polrot, Léon Beaufort, Louis Zimmermann, and Abdon Hardenne. The History Circle explores various subjects: the former statue of the Virgin Mary on Saint-Georges Square in Limbourg, Oscar Thimus, two previously unpublished views of Limbourg, the Gallo-Roman and Germanic periods, and other engaging topics… This issue once again immerses you in the heart of local history. It reflects the Circle’s dedication to sharing history through publications and lectures.
