Itinerary reserved for athletes or electric bikes.

You start this rural itinerary from the former capital of the Duchy of Limbourg, perched atop a rocky promontory. Take a stroll through this charming village, listed as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of Wallonia”. Wander through the narrow, picturesque streets and admire the old stronghold, its magnificent houses in bloom in the summer months and the listed monuments along the way. Continue on through lush green countryside and small country villages. Then enter the Hertogenwald forest and contemplate the breathtaking scenery of the Gileppe dam.

Slow Tourism enthusiasts can also start the loop from Welkenraedt station.
