Our marked walks
Nodes Cycling Tour : La Gotsgette

You will start this itinerary in one of the most beautiful tourist sites in the Province of Liège: the Gileppe dam complex, which is surrounded by the vast Hertogenwald forest.
You will stroll along its lake for five kilometres, in a breathtaking setting with a 13.5-meter monumental lion sculpture by Félix-Antoine Bouré and a 77.6-metre-tall panoramic tower! You will then cycle through the untamed Soor valley, along a small torrential stream. Don’t hesitate to stop at the observatory for a minute to spot the herbivores that live in our forests (deer and roe deer). Next, you will take a walk through the charming little village of Herbiester, which reaches nearly 400 metres in altitude.
This itinerary is gorgeous in spring and early summer, when the broom and other wildflowers are in bloom.
