Goé Glaces

Our produce is entirely craft-made because it is with the milk from the previous evening that Christine makes the ice cream. First, she leaves the milk to mature over-night, then she prepares the bases before mixing everything together to give the ice cream the inimitable taste thanks to the good old farmhouse milk.
