Terms of guided visits

We will always welcome your group with a smile on our lips and joy in our heart… but please read carefully the terms of our guided visits to make sure everything goes smoothly!

1. Year-round by reservation (no later than 15 days before the visit).
2. For groups of at least 15 people.
3. All activities are subject to availability.
4. Some visits are not available on weekends and holidays.
5. Guide fees depend on the walk and language.
6. Cancellation less than 15 days before the date of the excursion will give rise to a fee of €10 per case.
7. The Tourist Office and the guides cannot be held liable for any accident.
8. One person free beyond 40 people (i.e. beyond 41 people).
9. The driver’s meal and visits are free.
10. The final number of participants must be made known no later than 8 days before the date of the excursion, failing which the group will be billed for the last number made known.
