The Dolhain-Limbourg carnival committee has relaunched a local speciality: Kiki de Limbourg! Kiki de Limbourg, named after one of the XIV founders of the Dolhain carnival, is a fine amber-coloured drink made exclusively with natural products: a sophisticated mix of rum, brandy, spirits and sweet Muscat wine.
