Christophe Vandenhove, passionate about artisanal products and authentic pleasures, began exploring the world of spirits in 2022. He created numerous in-house recipes, culminating in the development of an original range of pastis called Vervî. It was an immediate success, winning over the Verviers region with enthusiastic reviews and several media appearances. In search of freedom and inspiration, Cody Dreessen left for America. The trip opened his eyes to new cultures and fuelled his desire to launch a project that reflected his own personality. On his return, he took the plunge: Maison Vanssen was born to bring his passion to life on a daily basis.
